Blue Summit Brings the World to Omaha
Shop Fair Trade Make a difference in the lives of others…
One purchase at a time.
BLUE SUMMIT is a shop that purchases items through fair trade certified organizations such as Ten Thousand Villages and SERRV International. Fair Trade Standards ensure that artisans in developing countries receive a fair and sustainable wage, have good working conditions, and do not use child labor. By creating independence, artisans can improve education, health conditions, and safety for themselves, their families, and communities.
BLUE SUMMIT supports artisans from over 40 developing countries. BLUE SUMMIT offers pottery from Nicaragua, jewelry from Kenya and Nepal, housewares from Israel, children’s clothes and toys from South Africa, shea butter from Togo, and MUCH MORE.
BLUE SUMMIT is located at 4101 South 120th Street in Omaha, Nebraska. Their facility offers a dedicated space to a children’s story time area and a classroom for meetings and educational purposes.

St. Luke United Methodist Church is pleased to join in partnership with BLUE SUMMIT. This partnership will result in funds raised for St. Luke. When you shop at BLUE SUMMIT and go up to the cashier to pay for your purchases, please be sure to mention that you are with St. Luke United Methodist Church. When you do this, St. Luke will get back 5% of your purchase total. All money raised through this endeavor will be applied to paying down St. Luke’s mortgage. Your purchases will help Fair Trade Artisans and St. Luke!!!
