St. Luke’s newly formed Amazing Retired Ministry (ARM) is starting the new year with an exercise class/walking program. The class is open to St. Luke members of all ages, friends and neighbors, and is designed to fit the participants. Our purpose is to provide a safe environment for interaction while exercising our Body, Mind and Spirit.
The class meets twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in St. Luke’s gym. The class will meet through March 26. Participants should park in the upper west bell tower parking lot and use only the bell tower doors. (Just ring the doorbell and we will let you in, then you can walk down to the gym.)
There is no charge to take this class. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you wear for every day. The group organizer is Barb Bradley, a newly retired Physical Therapist and a caregiver who knows the importance of taking care of yourself.
